Worth B. "Dub" Mason

Worth B. “Dub” Mason, 81 of Sanford passed away Tuesday April 26, 2022 following a year-long battle with Lymphoma.

 

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Friday at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.

 

Mr. Mason was born in Lee County, son of the late Worth Bagley Mason Sr and Hurley Adcock Mason. He was a heating and air man with Miller Heating & Air of Goldston for many years. Dub enjoyed woodworking and built cabinets for many people. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Puglia and a brother, Jack Mason.

 

Dub is survived by his wife of 29 years, Debbie O. Mason; sons, Ray Mason (Cindy) of Bear Creek, and Reid Mason (Cathy) of Little River, SC; step children, Robert Davis of Sanford, Pam Kinlaw of Sanford, and Danny Davis of Cameron; grandchildren, Casey Motes (Ken), Joel Mason, Erica McLeod (Sammy), Ethan Mason (Rachel); step grandchildren, June Bradley (Michael), Marcus Hart (Jennifer), Jeffrey Davis (Victoria), and Levi Davis; great grandchildren, CheyenneMcLeod, Chloe McLeod, Riley Mason, Collen Moets, Gaven Bradley, Brandon Bradley, and Odin Davis; favorite cousin Albert Adcock (Sylvia); and many nieces and nephews.

 

Family will greet friends in the fellowship following the Friday’s graveside service.
