William Wilburn Jr, 85 passed away Thursday October 17, 2019.

Funeral services will be held in Portsmouth, OH.

Mr. Wilburn was born in Portsmouth, OH, to the late William Wilburn Sr and Anna Bess Aldridge Wilburn. He was a Veteran of the US Army and preceded in death by siblings, Wanda, Betty, Delores, and Carl.

Mr. Wilburn is survived by his sons, William H. “Bill” Wilburn (Laurie), Keith S. Wilburn (Suzanne), Kevin B. Wilburn (Donna), and Terry K. wilburn (Holly); one brother, Donnie Wilburn; four grandchildren, Erin M. Nunn(Billy), William R Wilburn, Ryan Plymale (Ashley), and Kara Burkholder (Jeremy); eight great grandchildren.
