Vickie Lane Preston

Vickie Lane Wilson Preston, 63 of Sanford passed away Monday April 27, 2020. Graveside services will be held at 3:00pm Friday at New Life Fellowship Church.

Vickie was born in Bennettsville, SC, daughter of the late James Boyce Wilson and Bettie Sue Hall Wilson. She was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Jones and a nephew, Samuel Douglas.

Mrs. Preston is survived by her daughter, Wendy Perez (Lisa); grandchildren, Gabriela Gooch (Destinee), Noah Perez, Maria Perez, Alan Nelson, and Andrea Johnson (Eric); great grandchildren, Josie Johnson and Christopher Johnson; sisters, Portia Rowe (Steve) and Charlotte Wilson all of Randleman; a brother, J.B. Wilson (Noelia) of TX; nieces Linda Ammons (Gary), Melissa Snook, and Sydney Wilson all of Sanford, and a nephew, John Douglas (Patricia).

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00pm Thursday at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
