Sharon Danette Poe

Sharon Danette Stewart Poe, 64 of Sanford peacefully passed away Tuesday June 2, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Sharon was born in Cumberland Co. a daughter of the late Daniel Beatty Stewart and Louvenia Baker Stewart. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Carolyn “Butchie” Smith and Fran Shumate.

Mrs. Poe is survived by her sons Sammy Poe (Tammy) and Brandon Gilcrest; grandchildren Dawson Poe, Jasmine Gilcrest, and Michael Gilcrest; sisters Belinda Rogers, Deborah Cole; brothers Daniel Stewart, Michael Stewart, Mickey Stewart, and Jeff Stewart; and her companion of five years Lee Underwood.
