Robert Lewandowski

Robert “Bob” Lewandowski, 85 of Sanford passed away Wednesday April 10, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday May 18, 2024 at St Thomas Episcopal Church. The family will greet friends following the service.

Bob was born in Brooklyn, NY son of the late Zane Lewandowski and Anna Guzek Lewandowski. He was preceded in death by a great grandson, Jarod and his sister, Dolores Danuck. He was a very talented man who taught and played the accordion, enjoyed playing softball, major league baseball, college sports, bowling, working puzzles and was a great mechanic.

Mr. Lewandowski is survived by his wife, Patricia Dempsey Lewandowski; sons James Daniel Lewandowski (Rhonda) of TN, and Kenneth Zane Lewandowski (Janet) of VA, Robert Allan Lewandowski (Cheri) of MO, and David Michael Lewandowski (Tricia) of CA; grandchildren, Steven, Megan, Kerry, Dana, Sydney, Timmothy, Heather, Chrissy, Tiffani, Brittani, and Melani; 18 great grandchildren.
