Rachael T. Whitlow, 71 of Sanford passed away Monday April 14, 2025.
Services will be private.
Rachael was born in Forsyth Co a daughter of the late Guy J Tate and Lena Kathleen Bryant Tate. She was preceded in death by husbands, Robert Lee Towler and Harvey James Whitlow.
Mrs. Whitlow is survived by her son, Robert Wayne Towler (Tami); companion, Billy Culberson; granddaughter, Rebecca Ann Towler; many nieces and nephews.
