Peggy Joyce Barbour, 83, of Sanford, passed away Friday February 7, 2025. Funeral Services will be held on Monday February 10, 2025, at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home at 2pm. The family will receive friends starting at 1pm before the service.
Peggy was born on February 6, 1942, to the late Perry J. Cotten and Lena R. Strickland.
She is survived by her daughter Sheila Mansfield Bell; sons Perry J. Mansfield (Darlene) and Tracy L. Brewer; grandchildren Jamie Bell and Brandon Mansfield (Destiny); great grandchildren Brantley Bell and Westlyn Mansfield; brother Rudolph Cotten (Peggy); and nephews Nathan Cotten (Anita) and Perry Cotten (Becky).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Transitions LifeCare | 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
