Marie Wicker

Mildred Marie Leath Wicker, 85 of Sanford passed away July 22, 2018. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am Tuesday at Pocket Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Wicker was born in Galax, VA, daughter of the late Robert Leath and Elizabeth Funk Leath. She was a very active member of Pocket Presbyterian Church, taught Sunday School and was active with her Women’s Circle.

Mrs. Wicker is survived by her husband, Bernard Reems Wicker; two sons, Tilla Minter and wife Karen of Sanford, and Milton Wicker of Sanford; grandson, Jordan Minter; several nieces and nephews.
