Makayla Cheyenne Hilliard, 26, of Sanford passed away on August 25, 2025. A memorial service will be held Saturday August 30th at Tramway Baptist Church at 2:00pm. The family will receive friends beginning at 1pm before the service at the church.
Makayla was a fierce, independent young woman whose empathy for other people and animals knew no bounds. She is survived by her parents Jonathan and Christine Hilliard; brother Jonathan “Nathan” Hilliard (Brittany); son Forrest Warren and his father Fischer Warren; niece Camden Hilliard; uncles Jarrod Hilliard (Melissa) and Steven Bond Jr. (Tracy); papa Jimmy Hilliard; grandparents Steve and Ginger Bond; and cat Daphne.
She was preceded in death by her nanny Dorma Hilliard.
