Mama Bain: when I think of you I see you sitting on the bleachers at the Temple softball field. Id hear you way out in left field, (a ball is hit in my direction) you: youre out honey, go to the dugout or Pam DO NOT HIT TO LEFT FIELD! You supported all of us young teenagers and in more ways than on the field or basketball court. We grew up, not around much but would see you out and about. For me, I always went back to those tough teenage years. You meant a lot to me and others! Oh and you naming that lab puppy Roxy you will be missed!

As a young girl I spent a lot of time at Ma Bains house. She was one of a kind. She supported all of us girls when we played softball. She would always tell it like it was and give you an honest opinion, even if you didnt necessarily ask for it. She was funny and kind. She meant a lot to all of us.

There are no adequate words to describe Ma Bain. She was one of a kind. I have many fond memories of hanging out at her house, eating chili and drinking milk. There was always room for one more at her table. She was dearly loved and enjoyed by her family and friends. I am so sorry for your loss.
