Lillie Goins Sheffield Bibey 82, of Sanford passed away Wednesday March 16, 2016 at her home. A private service will be held at a later date.
She was born in Lee County to the late Joseph Pete Goins and Nellie Baker Goins. She is also preceded in death by her son Carl Sheffield, Jr.
She is survived by her son Bobby Sheffield of Sanford; daughters Linda Sheffield of Sanford, Becky Barber of Carthage, and Phyllis Custer of Vass; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
