Lillian Phillips

September 8, 1925 — October 5, 2017

Lillian Correa Phillips, 92 of Sanford passed away Thursday October 5, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Wednesday at Calvary Missionary Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

 

Mrs. Phillips was born in Plymouth, MA, daughter of the late Antone Correa and Julia Calhavo Correa. She was a retired from Civil Service and a member of Calvary Missionary Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Mark Phillips, and two daughters, Merri Lee Enomoto, and Peggy Turner; granddaughter Megan Kruger and grandson, Harold “Pete” Foster.

 

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her husband, Joseph Russell Phillips; children, Sandy Middleton (Keith) of Southport, son Robert Phillips (Brenda) of Southport, Jayne Pierce (Arnie) of Palm Coast, FL, Michelle Phillips of Sanford, and April Sue Rigsby (Eddie) of GA; 19 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

 

The family will greet friends from 7:00 until 9:00pm Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
