Leslie Paul "Les" Lyerly

Leslie Paul “Les” Lyerly, 62 of Sanford passed away Sunday January 27, 2019. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday at Cool Springs Baptist Church.

Mr. Lyerly was born in New Bern, NC to the late Joseph Lyerly and Lou Ann Lyerly. He was also preceded in death by a daughter Claren Kelly Lyerly.

Mr. Lyerly is survived by his wife, Pamela Cole Lyerly; daughter, Allison L. Pridgen (John) of Whispering Pines, a son, Andrew Lyerly (Sara) of Sanford; grandchildren Cole Lyerly and Beau Lyerly; brother Edward Lyerly (Melodi) of  Otway, NC.; sister Joanne Lyerly of Swansboro; his brother in laws Marty, Mitchell and Kenny in who were like brothers; his three special fur babies, Bella, Jasper and Tom Brady.

Les was a CT Technician in Sanford and Raleigh. He loved his family and was an ordained deacon.

The family will receive friends Wednesday at Cool Springs Baptist Church from 1-2pm prior to the service.
