Larry Coyle Thomas

Larry Coyle Thomas, 78 of Sanford, passed away Tuesday August 9, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Saturday at Rogers Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Buffalo Cemetery.

Mr. Thomas was born in Lee Co, son of the late Clifton C. Thomas and Geneva Jackson Thomas. He was retired from the US Navy. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Birdsong Fredrick Thomas, and a brother, Ashley Thomas.

Surviving are his children, Carlton Thomas, Carla Ann Thomas, Clifton Thomas, Cynthia Parson, Rebecca Turner, Gary Fredrick, Norma Kay Rogers, Laura Lee Lutz, Teressa Carol, and Kimberly Stafford; sister, Kirby Ann Parson; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends starting at 10am Saturday before the funeral.
