Jeffrey Scott Brooks, 58 of Sanford passed away Saturday December 4, 2021. Private services will be held at a later date.
Mr. Brooks was born in Lincoln, NE son of the late Harold Benjamin Brooks and Lula “Marlene” Jones Wallman. He was a Veteran of the US Army and was a welder.
Mr. Brooks is survived by his son, Phillip Brooks and wife Angela of Indiana, his special life partner Linda Diebolt.
