Janice Brownlee Holmes

Janice Faye Brownlee Holmes, 78 of Sanford, passed away Thursday October 16, 2025.

A Memorial service will be held at 1pm at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home chapel. The family will greet friends beginning at 12pm prior to the Memorial service.

Mrs. Holmes was born in Lee Co daughter of the late Woodrow Clifford Brownlee and Edith Manson Brownlee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Holmes and a son, Jeffrey Brownlee. Mrs. Holmes loved spending time with her grandchildren, reading and crocheting.

Mrs. Holmes is survived by her son, Thomas Marshall Holmes; grandchildren, Jennifer Brownlee (Edvardo Del Cruz), Ashley Brownlee and Kourtney Glover (Oh’sha Glover); great-grandchildren, Liliana De La Cruz, Diego De La Cruz, Mason Glover and Ivey Glover, and Cammie McLean; great-great grandchildren, Alexandria Cameron and Jeffrey Cameron; a sister, Sue B. Sloan.
