Isaac Seaton Carter

Isaac Seaton Carter, 77 of Sanford passed away Saturday March 24, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Buffalo Cemetery.

Mr. Carter was born in Bowden, NC, son of the late Seaton Carter and Evelyn Taylor Carter and preceded in death by siblings, Raeford Thomas Carter and Hilda Grace Fountain. Mr. Carter was a Veteran of the US Navy.

Mr. Carter is survived by his wife, Erika Huy Short Carter; a son, Raeford David Carter (Mary) of SC; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends starting at 1:00pm Wednesday at the Funeral Home before the funeral service.
