Heyward Andrew "Andy" Davis

Heyward Andrew “Andy” Davis, 67 of Sanford passed away Sunday April 12, 2020. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday at Lee Memory Gardens.

Mr. Davis was born in York, SC a son of the late George Davis and Betty Cordova Davis. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Davis. Andy was a veteran of the US Army and a retired Truck Driver. He loved NASCAR and fishing.

Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, Kathleen Durden Davis; son Gabriel Davis (Courtney) of IL; two step daughters, Tammie Stymus (Jeffrey) of Cameron and Joyce Matthews (Lisa) of Greensboro; three grandchildren, Charity Gregory, Kelly Duerson and Ryan Getchell; four great-grandchildren, Elye, Kaelub, Stiles, and Liam; siblings, Michael Wayne Davis, Doris White, and Mary Frances Miner; many nieces and nephews.
