Henry Robert Wilson

Henry Robert “Bob” Wilson PhD, 82, of Sanford passed away on Saturday May 27, 2023. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Henry was born in New York to the late Henry Delano Wilson and Lucretia McCready Moeller. He received his BS from Hobart College in Geneva, NY. Following this he received his Masters and PhD in Zoology from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. He had a long career in science and retired from ETSI in Chapel Hill. He continually stayed active in each church he attended and authored the book NULLIFYING GOD, EVOLUTION’S ENDGAME.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years Lynn Sachs Wilson; son Gregory Peter Wilson (Karen); daughter Kimberly Anne Hill (Michael); and grandchildren Stephanie Marie Chesson (Adam), Eric Christopher Hill, Kathryn Grace Hill, and Alyssa Young Wilson.
