Harold Lloyd Engle Jr.

Harold Lloyd Engle Jr, of Sanford passed away Sunday March 19, 2023. Funeral service will be held at 3 PM, Thursday March 23, 2023, at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home chapel. A private burial will be held at Candle Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery in Gray, KY at a later date.

Mr. Engle was born in Presque Isle, ME a son of the late Harold Lloyd Engle Sr and Verda Mae Rowlett. He was preceded in death by siblings, John Edward Engle and Joyce Engle Black. Harold enjoyed spending time at the Wildlife Club, fishing at the beach and going on many trips to Disney World. Harold was a retired Assistant Fire Chief at Fort Bragg.

Mr. Engle is survived by his wife, Connie Dempsey Engle; sister Judy N. Sisak; several nieces and nephews.           

The family will receive friends from 2pm till 3pm Thursday, March 23, 2023 before the funeral service, at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home.
