Harold was born in Charlotte NC to the late Harold Whitehead Casey Jr. and Joan Bennet Casey. Harold was on the Quiz Bowl team in High School. He was a history buff and enjoyed reading. He liked fishing, cars, video games, and Dungeon and Dragons.
He is survived by his wife Jeane Casey; brother Stephen Casey (Shannon); brother in laws Frank Fender (Karin), and Tom Fender (Jayne); and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
