Gordon Robert Thomas, 58, passed away on October 1, 2026.
Gordon was born in Lee Co. a son of the late John Clayborn and Gladys Thomas. He enjoyed climbing trees and his time as a landscaper. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother John Wesley Smith and sister Deborah Smith.
He is survived by his wife Thurleen Miles Thomas; daughter Destine Thomas; granddaughter Haigly Grace Gibson; siblings Teresa Herbert, John Herbert, Edward Herbert II, James Rollins Jr., Sharon Ant, Timothy Smith, and Christopher Smith; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
