Garnett Lee Coe
March 14, 1933 — April 19, 2017
Garnett Lee Coe, 84 of Sanford passed away Wednesday April 19, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday at New Covenant Community Church. Burial will follow at Pineywood Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Coe was born in Surry Co a son of the late Hubert Roscoe Coe and Maggie Holder Coe. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wesley Holder and a sister, Eva Jourdan.
Mr. Coe is survived by a brother, James Coe of Sanford; sisters, Myrtie Garner (Ed) of Sanford, Laura Hall of Sanford, Nancy Uthof (Dan) of Sanford and Neffie Kiser of Greensboro; several nieces and nephews.
The family will greet friends beginning at 1:00pm Saturday at the Church prior to the Funeral services, and other times at the home of Myrtie Garner.
