Franklin Edward Adams

Franklin Edward Adams, 57 of Sanford passed away Wednesday, August 02, 2017 at UNC Hospitals. A Memorial service will be held at 7:00pm Friday at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 6:00pm Friday before the service.

Born in Chatham Co, Frank was the son of the late Allen Adams and Shirley Tyson Womack and preceded in death by a brother Tom Adams. He worked in construction, loved his music, fishing and NASCAR.

Mr. Adams is survived by daughters, Nicole Adams and Brittany Phillips of Sanford; his granddaughter, Emery Parker; step father, Tommy Womack of Sanford; sisters, Jolene Watkins (John) of Willow Springs, and Terrie Leese of FL; a brother, Allen Adams Jr of FL; NIECE Kaylee Adams and a nephew Ty Adams; his aunt, Lyda Gail Winstead (Gary) of Sanford; cousins, Marijo Measamer of Sanford and Traci Armstrong of AL.

Memorial contributions can be made to the family to assist with expenses.
