Edna Lorraine Bell Clark, 70, of Sanford passed away Tuesday October 18, 2022.
Edna is survived by her daughters Tammy Sutton (Jeff), Heather Swartout (Johnny), and Sarah Clark; son David Elkins (Stephanie); grandchildren Savannah Swartout, Sierra Swartout, Robin Sowell, Randy Sowell, Amber Elkins, and Dwayne Elkins; sister Debbie Williams of Illinois; and partner Bill Manchester of Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents Roland Bell and Cuva “Billie” Cole Dew; and brother Ricky Bell.
