Hi Charlane sorry I didn't post sooner but I loved your Mom. I had actually wondered where she was since I had not seen her at the gym in a very long time. She was an amazing lady.

I worked with Mae for many years at Morse and served on the Morse Chain Credit Union Board with her. She was a very nice, capable, dependable, enthusiastic and compassionate person. She was well liked and respected by everyone that she worked with. My sincere condolences to her family, I know that she will be missed by many.

Charlane, So sorry to hear about your mom's passing. Your mom was very special, we all had lunch in the Conference room learning how to knit and talking about our children and grandchildren, always laughing and enjoying our conversations.

My Mom, Akron Elkins, and I met Ms, Mae years ago at the water aerobics class at the Nautilus in Sanford. She and Mom quickly became friends and always stood together at the edge of the pool wall in an effort to keep their hairdos dry! She was such a nice lady and Ive thought of her often through the years! I remember she was so proud of her family! Im so sorry for your loss but I know you have many wonderful memories!
