Deborah Baggett Fererro

Deborah Sue Baggett Fererro, 71 of Sanford passed away Thursday September 28, 2023. A Memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, October 6, 2023, at Pineywood Baptist Church, 545 Pineywood Church Rd, Cameron, NC. The family will greet friends following the Memorial service in the Church Fellowship Hall.

Deborah was born in Lee Co, raised by her grandparents, Ernest and Fleeta Douglas and daughter of the late Sarah Joan Douglas Baggett. She was a graduate of Sanford School of Cosmetology. She was a beautician for thirty plus years, and an Associate Member of the Marine Corp League, Sanford Detachment 1223. Deborah loved gardening, traveling, the beach, sewing and spending time with her family especially her favorite grandchildren.

Mrs. Fererro is survived by her husband, Donald E. Fererro; daughter, Nancy D. Budde (Trent); two grandchildren, Cameron Lane (Rachel) and Brett Mills;  step children, Karen Fererro, Kathy Fererro, Lisa Fererro, and Kevin Fererro; step grandchildren, Brandon (Amber) Fererro, Kelby Fererro, Joshua (Alease) Schwing, Jonathan (Christine) Schwing, Kyle Budde, Noah Budde, Evan Budde, Shay Donahue, Shiane Donahue, Shawana Donahue, Brandon Mills, Joey Pagliaro, and Nicholas Pagliaro; eight great grandchildren.
