Deborah Blanquicet

Deborah Holt McGehee Blanquicet 61, of Sanford passed away Friday December 15, 2017. Funeral services will be held at Rogers Memorial Chapel at 2PM Monday. Burial will follow at Center United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Deborah was born in Lee County, daughter of Mary Ellen Wood Gilmore and the late Billy Ray Holt. She is preceded in death by her sister Jennifer Avent and her father, Rex Gilmore.

Deborah worked for Moen of Sanford; she had a special love for her grandchildren and animals of all kinds, squirrels, birds and cats. She also loved her flower gardening.

In addition to her Mother Deborah is survived by her sons; Johnathan McGehee (Leanna) of Cameron and Clifford Blanquicet Jr. (Anna) of Concord, NC; four grandchildren, Bella McGehee, Cali Blanquicet, Mika Blanquicet, and Marik Blanquicet; also a special friend Henry Woody Jr.

The family will begin receiving friends at 1:00pm Monday before the Funeral service,
