Charles “Alfred” Neff, 83 of Sanford died Tuesday September 27, 2016.
Mr. Neff was born in Strasburg, VA son of the late George and Arwilda Bly Neff.
Mr. Neff is survived by his daughter, Kimberly M. Smith (Daniel) of Surfside Beach, SC; sons, Kenneth D. Neff (Cynthia) of Junction City, KS, and Charles A. Neff Jr of Broad Run, VA.
