Carol Smith

Carol Jean Smith, 82, of Sanford passed away December 28, 2024. There are no services planned at this time.

Carol was born in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late John Mcnamara and Hazel Mcnamara. She was a master quilter who worked with local quilting guilds as well a brilliant webpage designer creating webpages for local schools. She was also an avid cook who loved to share recipes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Richard Smith.

Carol is survived by her son David Smith (Scarlett); daughter Donna Brown; grandchildren Nicholas Brown, Lauren Brown, and Chelsea Hutchinson (Eric); greatgrandchildren Audrey Hutchinson and Caroline Hutchinson; and siblings Karen Mcnamara and Kathy Morgan.
