Carl Wilson Haymore

Carl Wilson Haymore Sr, 76 of Sanford passed away Thursday February 20, 2020. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Monday at Calvary Missionary Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery.

Mr. Haymore was born in Surry Co, a son of the late Herbert L. Haymore and Mary Elizabeth Layne Haymore. In addition to his parents, Carl was preceded in death by siblings, Larry Haymore, Yvonnie Moody and Linda Norris.

Mr. Haymore is survived by his wife, Betty Chavis Haymore; children, Timmer Jamerson of Cameron, Kelly Ray Chavis (Rosyln) of Lumberton, Brady Oliver (Wendy) of Olivia, Penny Capps (Rick) of Sanford, Wayne Haymore, of Sanford, and Wilson Haymore (Melanie) of Sanford; 14 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Salmon of FL, and Alma Clark of ARK; a brother, Billy Haymore of TN.

The family will greet friends beginning at 1:00pm Monday prior to the funeral service.
