Bryan Chad Batts

Brian Chad Batts, 52 of Sanford passed away. A private burial will be held at Buffalo Cemetery.

Chad was born in Lee County. He was preceded in death by his father, Gordon E Batts Jr.; a special aunt Patricia Sharpe and cousin Parrish Sharpe.

Surviving is his mother, Barbara Hearn Simpson, and husband Donnie of Siler City; brother, Perry Simpson of Sanford; uncle’s, Benny Sharpe and Richard Hearn and wife Angie; Aunt Vickie Hamilton and husband Ricky; a cousin, Autumn Sharpe.

Mr. Batts will lie in state at the funeral home Friday until 4:30 pm.
