Betty Quillen Gunter

Betty Quillen Gunter, 88 of Sanford passed away Monday June 6, 2022. Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday at Grace Chapel Cemetery.

Mrs. Gunter was born in Wheelwright, KY a daughter of the late Charles L. Quillen and Sylvia Ann Cox Quillen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee Gunter; siblings, Bobby Gene Quillen, Helen Quillen Bryant, Francis Quillen Horton and Anna Quillen Thomas. Betty loved spending time with her family at the beach and at car shows.

Mrs. Gunter is survived by her son, Jeffrey L. Gunter and wife Tonia; brother, Charles Livingston Quillen, Jr., Five sisters: Virginia Quillen Porch, Gloria Smith Weaver, Brenda Quillen Strong, Glenda Kay Quillen Everage, and Deborah Quillen Richardson.

The family will greet friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Friday at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home.
