Barbara Ann Butts Gordon, 82 of Sanford passed

Barbara Ann Butts Gordon, 82 of Sanford passed away at home on Christmas day with her family by her side. A private graveside service was held at Lee Memory Gardens by Rev. Scott Yow.

Mrs. Gordon was preceded in death by her husband William Gordon Sr. an parents Jack Moss Butts Sr. and Annabelle Cox Butts, sister Hazel Barrow and brothers Gene Butts and Jackie Butts.

Mrs. Gordon is survived by her sons, William A. “Bill” Gordon, and Tim Gordon and wife Cindy all of Sanford, and three grandchildren, Alex, Zach and Abby Gordon: sister, Gerald Gregory of Roanoke Rapids.
