Barbara Ann Kelly

Barbara Ann McNeill Kelly 78 of Sanford passed away Monday August 15, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Wednesday at Shallow Well United Church of Christ. Burial will follow in the Kelly Family Cemetery.

Mrs. Kelly was born in Harnett Co, daughter of the late Robert McNeill and Adelaide Buchanan McNeill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Watson P. “Hoss” Kelly and a sister, Shelby Jean McLeod. Mrs. Kelly was a member of Shallow Well United Church of Christ, a former Heins Telephone Operator and in her later years an excellent corn and pumpkin salesperson.

Barbara is survived by daughters Linda Kelly Rhodes (Christopher) of Sanford and Allyson Kelly Williams of VA; son, William Gregory “Greg” Kelly (Tammie) of Sanford; sisters, Judy Cox of Sanford, and Bonnie M. Gaster of Broadway; three grandchildren, Perry L Williams, Katie Ann Kelly, and Richard Williams; special friend, Sharon McDonald.

The family will receive friends starting at 2:00pm Wednesday in the Parlor at Shallow Well.
