Annielo Paul Gallo 95, of Sanford died Saturday June 2, 2018 at Central Carolina Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 7pm Wednesday June 6, 2018 at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home.

A native of Newark, NJ, Mr. Gallo was a son of the late Michael Gallo and Mary Kohrt Gallo.  He is preceded in death by his wife Grace Gaskin Gallo, sisters Margaret Gallo and Barbara Dusseldorf. He was an aircraft mechanic; an Army Veteran and a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church.

He is survived by a son Neal Robert Gallo of California; a granddaughter Jennifer Burgess (Brian) of New York; grandsons Shawn Gallo and Patti of New York and Christopher Gallo (Destine) of California and seven great-grandchildren; sisters Rita Piamonte of Tennessee, Dorothy Kuski (Phil) of Florida, Mary Ann Galletta of Florida and Judy Caminiti (Tony) of North Carolina. Also surviving are two special daughter in-laws, Lorriane Gallo of New York and Renaki Matheopoulos of California.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6-7pm.
