Zelda and family...I am so sorry for your loss. I know this is a difficult time for you all. May your best memories and knowing others care, bring you some comfort in these times. I certainly enjoyed working with Bob through Cooperative Extension and the Farmers Market. He loved to work in the garden and took much pride in the vegetables he produced.

Zelda and family, I am so sorry to learn of Bob's passing. May the Lord grant you the peace, strength and comfort you need at this difficult time.I'd only known Bob for a couple of years but I came to know him as a generous person always wanting to share the produce from his garden, he could raise some good tomatoes.I truly enjoyed the times several others and I would gather there and make music and sing bluegrass, country and gospel and listen to Bob pick a tune on his guitar.I will miss him.

To the Howington Family,You are in our thoughts and prayers today. Bob was a true gentleman and made others around him and this world a better place. The loving kindness he showed to my parents was incredible and I can imagine that his influence was felt in countless lives in Sanford and beyond. A man of many gifts and talents but none greater than a heart for God, family, friends, community and this country. Peace of Christ to you all.
